The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has decided to resume the services of daily express special train between Guwahati and Naharlagun from September 1.
The train will run with LHB (Linke Hofmann Busch) coaches between Guwahati and Naharlagun for the benefit of short distance travellers.
Train No. 05617 Guwahati-Naharlagun express special will run daily from September 1. The train will leave Guwahati at 9:20 PM and reach Naharlagun at 4:45 am next day.
In return direction, Train No. 05618 Naharlagun-Guwahati express special will run daily from September 2. The train will leave from Naharlagun at 7:50 PM and will reach Guwahati at 4:25 am next day.
The train will run via Kamakhya, Rangiya, Udalguri, Biswanath Charali, Gohpur and Harmuti.
