50 COVID-19 patients discharged from hospitals in Assam on Friday, June 5.
Among the patients who have been discharged today, 13 patients were discharged from Mahendra Mohan Choudhury Hospital (MMCH) in Guwahati, 11 from Tezpur Medical College and Hospital (TMCH), 11 from Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College and Hospital (FAAMC) in Barpeta, six from Golaghat Civil Hospital, five from Jorhat Medical College and Hospital (JMCH), three from Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH) in Dibrugarh and one from Silchar Medical College and Hospital (SMCH).
Meanwhile, 128 new COVID-19 cases were detected in the state on Friday.
So far, 2,243 COVID-19 cases reported in Assam. Out of which, 509 patients have recovered, while four patients passed away and three patients migrated. The total number of active cases in the state now stands at 1,727.
