Flight Tickets To Bangkok Are At Their Lowest Due To Coronavirus Fear

Amid the fear of Coronavirus, Indian travellers are reconsidering their travel plans, especially to the South East Asian nation.

Due to which the airfares to the second popular tourist destination – Bangkok – have witnessed a steep drop, reports IANS.

Now, a round trip ticket to Bangkok could cost as low as Rs. 9,325 for making the journey even within a week.

The cheapest round trip ticket on the Delhi-Bangkok route is being offered by NokScoot for flying to Bangkok on February 26, 2020 and returning on March 1, 2020.

As per MakeMyTrip, a round trip fare on the Delhi-Bangkok route by NokScoot for the same journey dates is available at Rs. 9,332. While a round trip fare by Air India is available for Rs. 12,433.

Airline industry sources told IANS that bookings for flights to Vietnam has also fallen by 40 per cent.

A one-way fare on Kolkata – Ho Chi Minh City by Thai Air Asia is currently available for Rs. 7,778.

Meanwhile, in the wake of Coronavirus spread, Air India and IndiGo have stopped flights to China and Hong Kong.
